A recent article in the Detroit News introduces information that some of the area-wide flooding that hit Metro Detroit in late June could have ties back to the 811, excavation, and utility damage prevention process. We'll discuss some of what the article says, and how it serves as a reminder of the importance of the 811 process for all stakeholders.
